Form Tubes are a single cylindrical heavy-duty cardboard form designed to replace labor-intensive wood forms. It can be used for above or below grade applications for concrete footings, piers, and posts. Bags of concrete needed to fill one 4 FOOT tube: 8in=3 bags, 10in=4 bags, 12in=6 bags.
